I always shop around tor insurance, but when it comes to car insurance A-Plan have always been able to find me the best price. Better than that though, the customer service experience has always been excellent in my opinion. I have only ever has one claim, which was a no fault claim and they dealt with it all for me perfectly. They always follow through - if they say they will call back, they do. Refreshingly good service.

A-Plan staff are very pleasant and efficient. When arranging motor insurance when my wife regained her driving licence after illness the solution was most elegant.
I do wish that A-Plan would issue paper policy documents rather than eventually sending a policy document by e-mail after a number of requests
