Kimberley Phillips went above and beyond the ensure that the mistake was solved. Within an hour of my initial phone call Kimberley and her team had my van insured for a very reasonable price.
The efficency enabled me to get the issue resolved without impacting my days work.

Searched for a competitive motor quote and came back with one even lower than I could get from the comparison websites that I normally use. Negotiated a few concessions on my behalf that I would not have been able to from a PC screen.
Having had a bad experience of poor service from the "Internet only" insurers, I now have the benefit of being able to have knowledgeable people handle any future claims on my behalf - but let's hope I don't need to put that to the test!

Being able to speak to a real human being "Roberta Kelly" at Howden Tooting who sorted and put in place cover to my exact requirements was a breath of fresh air.
