I was very pleased to organise my car insurance with Brandon from A Plan Insurance today - He was very polite, friendly and efficient.
It's so good to actually be able to talk to someone without the frustration of hanging on the phone forever! I think the personal touch is what makes A Plan so good. Keep it up and don't ever be like "LessThan" !

I spoke to Sarah from the Bletchley branch. I found her polite, professional and extremely helpful. She explained each of the policies answering any questions I had. She was wasn't pushy and researched until she found me the best price. Although the prices have increased generally she still managed to beat the renewal quote for my car insurance from my previous insurer. I've had my house insurance with A Pan for 10 years now and renewed again this year as it was the best quote I had. Trust worthy and great service

Within the limitations of COVID and communication, A-Plan were able to be very helpful and found me a satisfactory car insurance. As the staff are working at home, I did not always speak to the same person, but their internal system worked well. They also found me a premium which was much cheaper than the quote from my original insurer.
