Convenient to pop into the shop when in the city. Staff are pleasant and informative. Renewals completed swiftly.
Downside:- Should have checked online premiums. Could have saved £200 on car insurance just by going back to a previous insurer. An expensive mistake.

Being able to speak to someone on the phone. The company contacted myself when my car insurance was due as I already have a policy on another vehicle, so they remembered. Very easy to sort out new insurance..hassle free.
