I was most impressed with the professionalism, friendly approach together with the time and effort that Jamie put in to ensure that his quotations provided the correct cover to meet my needs.
It was nice to speak to somebody rather than just fill in a form on line, to be able to ask questions, seek clarification and understanding of different options.
