For some reason it is difficult to get cover for a flat except for contents. My policy makes sure that I am covered for eg a water overflow from my flat damaging the flat below. Howdon set it up for me some years ago when you could still talk to a human being and I have stuck with them. They are a local firm with an office I can get into.
