Very pleased with service. Staff always polite and helpful. If they say they'll ring you back, they always do. Never have to remember a renewal date as the staff ring you. I find the prices good and I like the fact that you can talk to a person face to face in branch or via the phone.

The policy price was good for my business van insurance, also I received a
£50 pre-paid MasterCard for taking out a motor policy for the first time with A-Plan.-happy days!
A-Plan weren't cheaper for my husbands car insurance policy, but maybe next year!
I would recommend A-Plan, give them a try.
