Have been with them for over 25 years (A Plan) and have had no problem, they always manage to find the best policy to support my requirements and if I should have to claim they guide me through with system without all the gobbledegook, which some insurance businesses blind you with.
Special mention to Tom in the claims department who was extremely helpful, when I had to claim this year.
