I spoke to Katrina several times about my car insurance and she was very helpful and able to answer any queries I had about my policy. I would recommend the service from her and Howden.

Dealing with a local company who also has walk in offices is a bonus thesedays rather than dealing with just online services .

So nice to work with a company who use people not AI chatbots, uou dont wait hours on the phone. Furthermore they come up with competitive quotes after searching their panel in situations where other insurers have declined to insure. Cant recommend highly enough.

It's not been an easy process thanks to Covea, but Howden (Michael Webb specifically) has been very supportive in getting things sorted between Covea (reinstated), Magenta and Ageas.
Very much appreciated.
