With my house insurance due for renewal and being quoted a 23.5% increase (!), I had got somewhat fed up with ringing insurers and going through umpteen requests to press this key or that key. I thought it would be worth trying a face to face approach through a broker and visited Howden's. So glad I did. Excellent service (I now have a person I can actually speak to!) and so pleased with the outcome.

Wanting to avoid having to press umpteen different options on my phone, I decided to try a broker face to face. So glad I did. The service was excellent, as was the outcome in terms of the renewal.
