Your staff member was most helpful when I rang them to renew my Classic car insurance policy today. He explained my renewal cover in great detail with clarity and was very professional at all times. Spoke to Laurie who was informative and extremely patient. Explained all options and I was surprised when this years car insurance quote was substantially less than last years . I have never had a bad experience with Howden and have recommended them to several of my friends and family. Again I cannot fault them
