They're professional, timely and supportive and there hasn't been a single occasion I can recall when they haven't provided a first class service. Always get great help and treatment from A-Plan. Have used them for years and occasionally leave them for better on-line, but always end up going back. I have sympathy with brokers as they have to charge and admin fee which on-line insurers don't, but mostly it is worth paying a bit more to get the service and assistance.
