Hannah has the social skills at putting patients at ease in a caring and practical way. I had two hours of treatment ,but with Hannah in charge the time flew. This was the first time of using a local Insurance broker to renew my car insurance. It was a pleasure to speak to a human being without going through several options. The person in question was very polite and knowledgeable. The quote was very reasonable and managed to negotiate a good premium and saved over £100. A great first time experience so decided to Insure both our vehicles at the same time. The sales person was a credit to the company.

This review may be a little premature however I find that the interaction for new home insurance was very good. The representative was very knowledgeable and guided me through the process.
It did give me confidence as far as the quote was concerned, as opposed to pressing buttons and tick boxes on line from a comparison website, the opposite was frustrating knowing that there was not a human being on the other end.
I hope that should I regretfully have to make a claim the same comforting experience continues.
