Have been using A Plan for our van insurance as its specialist type of insurance, however we now have both our cars insured with them and our Public Liability insurance too.
Prices are good but just as or more importantly you have an individual at the end of the line whenever you call - no outsourcing - no call centre!!!!!
Had the same people for years which also shows they look after staff. Very refreshing to have good old fashioned real customer service - well done A Plan
