I Used to use A Plan Insurance now Howden a few years back for both my van & business insurance, so I am in a sense revisiting the company.
Thus far I have found their staff helpful & reassuring when questioned or asked to explain the policy's details, It is good talking to a person who is both professional & human.

First class service - nice to speak to a local, customer friendly business. Always good on price and know you by name not just a number. Online comparison sites do not give you the small print and I have learnt that over the years some of my policies bought through these sites are probably not the right cover. Howden's qualify your needs and level of cover, reveal the small print and give huge peace of mind. Insurance isn't just a cost it's a necessary must have so by letting Howdens do the hard work gives me peace of mind.
