Firstly we were annoyed with the fact that we were given very short notice to renew the motor policy and in did complain by email. It has taken over 2 weeks for the certificate of insurance to arrive in the post and this was after 2 telephone calls chasing this up! We had previously been with Mid-Counties Insurers for a long time and never had any reason to complain about the service.

Superb service from Danny & Amelia at the Weybridge branch over the past year. I tried Howden's after my previous car insurer (Privilege) cancelled without telling me due to a system error, whatever that means. Often tricky insuring a Japanese import, but they found a decent rate with Prestige, and I subsequently added my electric car as that was becoming difficult to insure. Thanks!
