I am always very happy with my Howden's experience and especially with Richard who looks after all of our insurances.
We get reminders of when our insurances are due to expire and then a 'phone call at a time to suit us when we can discuss our needs and costs etc.
I find the rates are fair and very competitive. Richard is extremely polite and helpful. I am completely happy with the service we receive and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. It is nice to know that should I need to make a claim I can trust Howdens to guide me through the procedures. All in all an excellent experience.

Howdens provided me with a great value for money policy for our new motorhome. Kieran Flack was fantastic throughout the whole process taking time to listen to my requirements and suggesting useful additions. He kept me updated using emails and by calling me back to discuss a given point. In this day of AI I found this very refreshing. Thank you Kieran!

Repeating what I have read in the letter/info emailed to me just wanted to pay as bank details had changed.
Asked 2 different people for printed copy of Certificate of Motor Insurance to be posted to me - 2 weeks on still waiting!

Very helpful and knowledgeable and a decent price. I have used Howdens before but moved away because renewals for current customers have always been unacceptable. It is the same with all insurance companies which I’m afraid is a bugbear of mine.
