After frustrations trying to deal with on-line insurers, chatbots and message systems, it was a great relief to talk to real people about insurance. Prices are not much higher than the cheapest and it is much easier to interact with helpful staff and get exactly what you need. As long as Howden's keep their customer facing service they will be first in line for my business!

I received an inflated car insurance renewal quote from my current insurer and decided to pop into Howdens in Solihull for advice. I dealt with Emma Stanton who was just so lovely and welcoming. It was almost the end of a very stressful day for me and Emma was like a breath of fresh air. She was so helpful, patient, professional, friendly and efficient and within a very short period of time had secured me a very competitive insurance plan, much less expensive than the quote I had received. Emma explained everything very carefully to me and I was delighted to accept. Emma is an absolute credit to Howdens and they are very lucky to employ her. I can't thank her enough for the care and respect she showed me, for her advice and reassurance but mostly for the hug she gave me when I left - it was just what I needed and put a smile on my heart.
