I recently dealt with Caleann Adams at Howden Insurance and was genuinely impressed by the level of service I received. She was friendly, cheerful and personable throughout, taking the time to answer all my questions with patience and consideration.
Caleann made what is usually a mundane, impersonal job into a pleasant experience.
I had requested a quote over the phone the day before, unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the man I spoke to but he was also very friendly and personable and provided me with a very competitive quote.
Howden's customer service is a rare find, they do seem to genuinely care about their customers.
