I've been with Howden Insurance for over 20 years. Always brilliant customer service and professional advice. Dealing with real people, not a numbered keypad, with whom I have built an ongoing relationship with over the years. Wish more companies were like this.

Having been with you for 6 years, I felt strongly that my loyalty deserved some kind of reward.
Apparently not? ... still got charged £55 admin fee on one of my policy's that was only £125??
I renewed two policies in the same month ... total commission .... £110 !! ... and I know the commission can be varied as it's been done in the past ?
Next renewal, sadly I'll strongly consider alternative brokers; I mean, if you were me, wouldn't you do the same?
