Rang Howdens in Luton for an urgent quote just before they closed and was bowled over with Neil getting back to me that evening from home in his own time Rang back on the Monday to confirm a few things and once again Neil came to the rescue and was so patient guiding me step by step with the online documents it restored my faith and confidence in returning to Howdens for all my future insurances
Not only was the service first class but the quote was not far off the cheapest available and it came with much better cover
