I’ve insured several of my classic cars through Cherished Vehicle Insurance, and the service has been nothing short of outstanding. Lexi and Ian have been incredibly helpful throughout always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. They made everything straightforward and took the time to get me the right cover, not just for my own cars but for my family and friends vehicles too. Appalling customer service. Bought a new car on a Sunday and couldn’t reach them so insured with a new company. Wanted to charge me over 250 to cancel then called me to take the payment I was in a meeting and couldn’t take the call so they sent me an email to involve a debt collector if not paid straightaway. I’ve been with a-plan 10 years and have never had a claim. I will be cancelling the rest of the insurances I have with them don’t touch with a barge pole.
