It's been a pleasure to deal with Howdens, and I think it's this distinction with a dedicated agent and Broker who knows their product and can get answers, as opposed to a less personal, less bespoke service you might get elsewhere. That's the value that Howdens and Kerry in particular demonstrated to me.

The ability to discuss my needs with a knowledgeable person, rather than use a comparison site, or similar, appealed and Sonia Dunsdon at the Peterborough office provided excellent service in this respect. Ultimately I arranged the replacement cover at acceptable premiums and also moved my property cover given the considerable saving on offer for that element too.

I have been a house and car insurance client of Howden's Epsom for a number of years. I have always found them very reliable, helpful, friendly and professional. The reassurance gained by using an excellent broker like Howden's is worth every penny of the relatively small extra cost of having professional guidance rather than chancing the Internet alone. Cheaper is not always better, particularly with insurance.
