I spoke with Aidan Hughes who sorted things very quickly- and when there was a bit of a delay he offered to ring me back when sorted. This he did and quoted a very fair price. I've recently insured my ex-military truck/ self converted motorhome through Cherished insurance. I was a little worried about insurance from reading online forums from others with similar vehicles but I found the whole process with Cherished to be very easy and straightforward.
I filled out the details on line and had a call back the same day.
The cost of insuring was much lower than I expected and I chose to add on breakdown cover.
I was given a week to have a think about the policy, I didn't bother contacting any other insurers.
Katrina Burge handled everything and I found her to be very friendly and helpful. I was recommended to insure with the parent company, Howden insurance, by a friend and I'd definitely recommend to others
