I found speaking to the same person who was dealing with the matter directly was great and refreshing, no large call center, no moving from person to person and it had the personal touch, my contact was Michael Wyse, very helpful, great customer service all round. Very impressed with the service and help.
Considering that I've been a named driver on my wife's car for the last 10 years, and didn't have my own car to use. I had forgotten about keeping my full no claim bonus, which meant that now I had none (my own fault) so when I started looking to insure my kit car this was a major issue for me, even with no claims or convictions.
I had several quotes from other recognised specialist brokers that were totally out of my budget.
So when I contacted Cherished Vehicle Ins services, Lewis was very helpful and found a quote that suited my budget and being 60% less that the other quotes I received, very happy.
The cover fits my needs and cost that I'm truly thankful for, otherwise I would have had to sell my pride and joy, after 10 years refurbishing my car 'Cobra replica'
I would highly recommend them due to their care and attention that I received which resulted in very positive result for me.

I’ve several policies with A-plan and ok I could shop around and save a few £s but what price do you place on expertise.
A few years ago I had a breakdown in Portugal and typically the RAC made a mistake and wouldn’t attend. A-plans area manager paid using his own CC for us to be sorted out. You tell me another broker/agent that would go above and beyond like that. RAC gave me £50 compensation - big deal!
So happily I’ve just renewed my camper insurance with Kerry Cornwell. Yes it’s gone up from last year but apparently nowhere near Martin Lewis’s national average increase

I needed to find a different insurer for my classic car after my current insurer increased the renewal premium by 300%! Tom Larkins at Cherished was able to offer a better level of cover for £160 less than my current insurer's quotation. Tom was friendly and thoroughly professional throughout the process and was very knowledgeable about the products on offer, answering queries without hesitation. I cannot remember renewing car insurance being so painless.
