After searching through comparison websites, insurance companies and brokers without satisfaction, on the suggestion of a friend to try Hiscox who recommended Howdens, I was able to get cover for an unusual requirement for an unoccupied house in the Uk where I do not reside.
I spoke with Howdens rep. William who put my mind at ease from the get go, reassuring me that he could help with my unusual requirements.
He was genuinely friendly and seemed concerned and empathetic and will be remembered fondly for his ability to communicate and sell his Company’s product with competence and grace.
I would highly recommend Howdens.
With kind regards,
Mrs. Forrest

I was happy to speak to an agent over a desk , questions answered patiently and
coherently and , very importantly , an assurance that any problems in the future would be dealt with by the company . A very satisfactory
experience.
