Helen and Andy were very helpful but on the day I spoke to them there seemed to be a problem with their technology and when you’re kept on hold it would be more relaxing to listen to gentle background music instead of persistent beeping!

Extremely helpful from the offset, after being with the same insurance company for many years I decided to shop around as my previous quote seemed excessive, which I later found out definitely was .
Great value a better policy and a considerable discount so very happy indeed. 😊

A very personal service. The reason for not getting 5 * is basically I was hoping for a much more imaginative proposal , it appears to be just regular policy. I was looking for a flexible policy. That could take into account of my driving history. Rather than just my points. It was more expensive than high street policy but hoping this will change as I add services and vehicles and I get more of the type of policy I was looking for.
