Selina was great-I wanted some locally made memory bears created from my Dads shirts. They were too precious to send in the post so I contacted Aubrey Kirkham’s having seen the bears on their site. Throughout the process Selina was wonderful, quick responses and very kind. The bears made by Julie are beautiful-just what we wanted and the cushion she made from the same shirts for my mom is perfect. Highly recommend both Julie and Aubrey Kirkham Funeral directors.

Absolutely the best Funeral Directors in Shrewsbury, if not Shropshire. This is my third family funeral that I have entrusted to them, and they never fail to provide a bespoke and personal service that is second to none. Nothing is ever too much trouble, emails or phone calls, some late at night (the witching hour gets me each time!) last minute alterations (by me!) or even just a friendly chat when things get a bit too much to shoulder on your own.<br>Aubrey himself is an absolute gentleman, and his lovely family, and the rest of the staff, do him proud time and time again.<br>I can honestly highly recommend without hesitation

My partner was at maesbrook for 4 months last year and she definitely wants to go back. The carers were incredible it was like a family and she didn't want to leave, thry welcomed me also. Her whole recovery from hospitals and illness was made so much better by being there. This time her health has been the worst it's been and she's really hoping to go back for respite to recover properly and I really hope she can. She misses everyone and misses the food (Tony's Chips) out of 4 places she's been in she says maesbrook was the best for her

I came across Howdens through a Facebook group to insure my first camper van.
I called and spoke to a lady called Fiona D(yke). Fiona was amazing, asked me loads of questions about the van which no other companies hadnt so I felt comfortable I was properly insured for the modifications I'd made.
I spoke with Fiona a few times, despite being slightly more expensive than one other company I went with Howdens sold mostly on how helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and positive Fiona had been throughout.

We dislike there is no local office near to us now other than Cheshire or Wakefield, and we were not able to book RAC Breakdown Cover as we could with our previous local based insurer. However the staff were pleasant and efficient and the price was good. We will also possibly be trying other types of insurance when we will be in a better position to judge.
