There are more and more companies asking for this kind of feedback. Sometimes I just get rid of them quickly. But for Howden's I enjoy coming in to the office and getting a good intelligent reason for everything. But I should warn you that if you start being directive, 'Write this', Write that' I will quickly give up and come into the office to say so.

Personalised service. No call centre. Very helpful advisors. Can arrange insurance simply over the phone. Worth every penny of their admin charge. Plus local branch should I want to go in person.

I had an amazing experience from Howdens insurance Luton branch.
It's the first time I have used them.
Nilesh Parmar provided an excellent service from start to finish. He arranged both my car and home insurance quickly and smoothly, gave me clear, professional advice, and secured me a great discount.
The whole process was effortless, and I genuinely felt I was in good hands.
Highly recommend Nilesh for his professionalism, knowledge and outstanding customer service.
