Helpful staff, smooth process, and a better renewal price than other quotes

I didn't like the hard sell of all your products.
It seemed every other question was trying to sell me something.
The legal protection sales pitch was misleading
The Price was OK

I have used Howdens for some years and have always received excellent service, the staff couldn’t be more helpful and I have been happy with the quoted price.

First class service, letting you know when your policy is due for renewal early so as you can review then renew.

Good value. Comprehensive quote, correctly reflected my modified vehicle.
Paperwork clear and App easy to navigate.
Have since claimed unfortunately on the Euro Breakdown cover I took out with the policy. Initially slow to provide the right support, but did improve and got me where I needed to be, safely.
