Having done a lot of martial arts when I was younger, after a break of 10 years I was keen to take up BJJ but nervous about taking on the challenge at my age. I started with some 121 lessons to build my confidence and am now attending classes. The tuition is absolutely excellent and is matched by the atmosphere at the club which is extremely friendly and embraces the spirit of Jiu Jitsu where egos are not tolerated and learning is the main focus. Thoroughly recommended for anyone.
