The people at Howden have been so nice & extremely helpfull to me as my husband died & Ive had to get all our insurances changed over into my name & they did everything they could do, nothing was too much trouble, you wouldn’t get that sort of service online I’m sure, it’s the personal interaction I prefer rather than phone or computer robots that couldn’t give a crap about you, just want as much money as they can rinse out of you.
Barry has been a great help & has gone above & beyond to get everything sorted for me, keeping me in the loop about everything that’s going on, not like British Gas, as they have not got a bloody clue how to treat their customers even after nearly 50 years.
When something happens, that’s when you know who will help you & who don’t give a crap, so Howden it top notch as far as I’m concerned. Ann xxx

I was welcomed by Scott and throughout the whole process he was very helpful and thorough. He made it all very easy for me to understand and so much nicer than trying to sort it out on line.
