Not only that, Jack from thr Birmingham City Centre branch talked me through everything and provided me with great insight. His knowledge and professionalism were fantastic. Howden had been recommended to me because of the niche nature of the vehicle I wished to insure. I telephoned and spoke to Bernard who was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Since my initial call Bernard has been outstanding, unfazed by my questions and concerns. Consequently I took out a policy that meets my needs at a very reasonable cost. I will certainly look to Howden for my future insurance needs.
