Here's the thing, when you ring up they don't: pretend they can't understand you, they don't pretend they don't understand what you DON'T want, they don't take the wrong amount of money out of your bank, they don't insult you, they are not: sexist, discriminatory or prejudice (and I've experienced all of that) they don't put you on hold forever, they get on with it, they don't waste your time, they are professional and they know insurance. They are BRILLIANT! Thank you.
