Still a decent broker but not as good as it was when run as A Plan. Since the rebranding and changes introduced under the pointless Howden rebranding/takeover regime you need to chase them up at times etc. They may be 'paperless' but when a customer requests paper copies of their policy documents they should be sent promptly without question and without the need to repeatedly chase them up for them!! If you do your home work first their premiums remain quite competitive and I like supporting local jobs for local people; you can also walk into an office nearby and speak with them face to face rather than having to try to speak to a wretched off shore 'help desk'! - invaluable!
