The staff member I talked with over the phone was helpful, quick and informative. His manner was business like too.
My only small criticism was that he wanted my answer to whether I would go forward or not with the policy without me giving it some 48 hrs thought.
When my printer failed I asked for hard copy and it was supplied. Much appreciated.
