Phoned A-Plan is desperation as i have an open unresolved claim on my record from 6 months ago. It is a non fault claim and the other party have been charged with dangerous driving and sentenced, but my personal injury claim is still open and so it still shows as an open claim on my insurance. This affected the premium massively on my renewal. Matt at the Newport IOW branch was outstanding, getting back to me when he said he would and getting me the best possible quote, beating competitors by over £200. Wont go anywhere else now, fantastic service.
