I've just renewed my Home Insurance and the insurance on both our cars for another year having been purchasing insurance at the same A Plan office in Carteton, Oxfordshire for a number of years. Sally-Ann Hamblin was excellent, honest, helpful and constructive. I'm a pensioner and rather slow at understanding and making decisions and she explained everything very carefully and made it all easy to understand. I am extremeIy pleased and totally satisfied with the service she provides and will definitely continue to carry on using the same A Plan office at Carteton where we always have received 100% satisfaction.

Amazing customer service and I am very happy with my transactions with them. Last week, I just inquired about the quotes for car insurance.
