My circumstances required starting a new car policy after a very long time, relying on business use NCD. I called my local branch initially, followed by a visit in office to complete the paperwork. My contact Luca was superb, from the initial phone call through to the completion of the policy. Howden's were not the cheapest option I had but was worth the extra cost of the premium for dealing with a person, in an office, a few miles from my home. Especially when my situation was more complex than some. Would definitely ask Howden's for other insurance quotes when I need them.
