The main plus in dealing with them was the fact that you can talk to a person.
I could have got a cheaper policy if I had gone on line but you cannot speak to a person ,only an automated machine that could not answer the question I wanted answered.
The extra I had to pay for this service gave me peace of mind as dealing with insurance companies is a very one sided affair.
That is why I gave them 5 stars.

Good to talk to Mike who understood the Insurance and was able to come back quickly with any answers to queries - knew who to ask.
Phoned back later 30th July with a query, answered by Ali who said would email PDF of policy - arrived very quickly.
