For someone of my generation it was comforting and reassuring to be able to talk to a real person! They were completely honest about the costs and the benefits of insuring with Howdens. It was interesting that when my previous insurance company realised I was insuring elsewhere they immediately offered me a cheaper price than Howdens. Too late I’m very happy with the customer care I received and feel reassured that there is an office close by if I have any queries.

I went into the Howden Insurance Office to pay my Contents Insurance. The female clerk that I was dealing with was good but I could not hear everything that she was saying. The office was very noisy with the men talking very loudly on their phones to the Customers!

A friendly and professional team took the details of the vehicle, and their experience with classic vehicles shone through. Stefania Gilliard was very knowledgeable and helpful and the quote was both better on price, but, more importantly gave a more flexible and comprehensive cover than other insurance agents. Very happy to recommend.
