Quick to answer the phones and set up an insurance policy in a very pleasant manner, but pretty dreadful at sending out and issuing the policy and confirmation of payment, I have requested this twice now and still haven̢۪t received ANY paperwork even though I have been told it is in the post, I know Royal Mail is quite slow with their deliveries but I have now been waiting THREE weeks, I find this sort of thing extremely frustrating and unprofessional!!
