A big shout out to James Cervi at the Farnborough office of Howdens. Unfortunately I had to ask for help urgently on an emergency home insurance over the Christmas and New Year period when my only toilet failed, but the insurance company's customer service failed to live up to promised standards. James took over communications very efficiently when I asked for support and he helped to resolve the matter thoroughly for me including handling a later compensation claim very successfully. How refreshing to deal with somebody who keeps so fully on top of things and always contacts you when promised.
