I used the Market Harborough branch for my buildings insurance and unfortunately needed to make a claim for repairs to my sunroom/extension. This was a traumatic time for me with the need to navigate between the Insurance company, Loss adjuster and builder. However, Howden and in particular the branch manager Miles Anderson-Smith was brilliant in their support and advice. Miles also managed to cut through a lot of red tape and was instrumental in what was ultimately a successful conclusion to all of this. We are really pleased with the repair and well done Miles - what a great company.
