As usual great service from Jamie at A-Plan in Taunton in helping us find the best insurance deal for our household insurance recently. The communication and attention to detail was second to none. His great knowledge of the insurance business is very evident as all our questions were answered promptly.
I would recommend A-Plan every time as, apart from our property, we also have all of our cars insured through them. Personal service, talking to knowledgeable people and a fair price beats the internet hands down in our view!

The product in this case was Contents Insurance. One of those things you buy but hope never to have to use. The policy they offered and the price quoted were within industry norms. However the person I spoke with was both pleasant and appeared to know what they were speaking about. There was no pressure to "close the deal" and all my rejections of Add-ons didn't result in a hard sell. They were more than happy to answer all my questions and queries. Basically I got what I wanted at a reasonable cost.
