Finally decided to do a bit of shopping around for my car insurance. The premium with my insurer for the last 13 years just seemed to go up every year. I took up the recommendation from a friend and called A-PLAN. Refreshingly the phone was answered by a very helpful woman who answered my questions directly, was patient and knowledgeable. All the options were clearly explained and a quote from a reputable insurance underwriter was obtained in a few minutes. The premium was about 40% below the quote from my existing insurer. I would highly recommend A-Plan to those who are a bit nervous about shopping around.

Really easy and friendly to deal with. Great quotes. My mum was recently widowed and the chaps at A-Plan have been so kind and helpful in swapping the various insurance policies over into her name. I've moved my insurance over to them too!

As ever the experience with A-Plan is very good. Firstly they are easy to contact on the phone. Once you are speaking to them the whole process is very efficient and user friendly. They are also proactive but not in an intrusive way. I would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance broker.

Excellent service, absolutely no pressure, answered my questions sorted out my insurance on a modified VW T5, knew what I was talking about and asked pertinent questions.
All the info I received was/is clear and relatively uncomplicated, came through immediately, and I was able to discuss straight away
