Once more I am delighted with the excellent service from Howden Insurance (previously A-Plan). I have had various policies with them over the last ten years. It is lovely to deal with real people and have personal contact by ‘phone and email rather than doing everything on line.

Following a very positive, helpful, patient and friendly experience placing my home insurance (August 2025, Jasmine Smith) through Howdens, Peterborough, I again used them (February 2026, Sonia Dunsdon) to place car insurance with the same result. As an elderly person I find it easier to talk to people face to face and share documentation rather than wrestle with phones or computers. I feel confident I ended with the right product for my circumstances.
