There is no problem with A Plan Insurance as they are very helpful. I decided to pay the insurance payment monthly this year and they use Close Brothers. I completed the form and sent it back. Shortly afterwards I received an email saying that they hadn't had any response and they might cancel the agreement. I filled it in on line and then i got another letter with the forms saying they hadn't received a response I filled this in and sent it back in the enclosed envelope. Then I received another form and also a text or email saying that I hadn't filled it in. I have just sent the third form in and sent it back again in the envelope that was enclosed. Hope this is now O.K.

Jeff Pellett in the Southampton office deserves a mention for exceptional customer service, he was friendly, concise, and thorough, making everything easy and saving us time and money in the process.
