I went through all the details with Luca Vecchioni who was a delight to deal with. He explained everything very clearly and was very informative when answering any of my questions. I would highly recommend calling Howdens for any insurance quotations.

They were very polite and helpful. They did there best to get the price down to what I was prepared to pay. Quick for the information to come through about the policy via email, but I did also ask for the policy to be posted to me as well, which they said they would do. But still not received my policy through the post, which was taken out on the 24th of November. I would say this part of the experience is not good.
