Just insured my Ford Mustang with A Plan - got straight through on the phone and dealt with Lisa who is fairly new. Brilliant service, she followed up with email advice on how to create an account because I was struggling.By far the best experience I have had in dealing with insurance and crackin, flexible deal. It's always really easy to deal with A plan. This time George (Branch Manager) from Colchester branch helped us find a new policy for my elderly parents. They had just renewed each year with the same company and never queried the quote, like so many older people I would imagine. George found the same policy for literally half the price of what they were paying. He explained it really well so my parents could understand it all - a really great experience for them as they were nervous about swapping companies after all these years, they really didn't think it could be so simple. Thankyou George for all your help.
