I have been going to A-Plan for all my insurance (Home & Motor) for the last few years and have been consistently and pleasantly surprised at how good they are. Service is quick anmd efficient and staff are cheerful and really good communicators who seem well-trained and motivated to produce an excellent service. It's a rare thing in this day and age to find such a genuinely good company in this sector and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Just completed my new car insurance deal with the Kidderminser branch. Having had a company car for several years, there were a number difficult issues. These were overcome with the assistance of Matthew Fellows, who offered me a very competitive solution that was significantly lower than the comparison sites. I would advise anyone to consider this very personal service before going down that route.
Impressed so much, I took out home insurance at the same time. These guys have gone onto my Christmas list. Theyll have to wait a while though!!
